Tim & Gayle Kendrick – Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty AZ

Tim & Gayle met in the Army while on active duty. They were students at the Defense Language Institute in Monterey California studying Russian when they met. They retired from the Army 1994 and have since built a thriving Real Estate business. Married since 1974, they have four great sons and ten awesome grandkids.

They are the owners and brokers of Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty AZ. They have received multiple awards from the Real Estate community, including the coveted Craig Proctor Quantum Leap award. They hold numerous designations including the GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute) from the National Association of Realtors. Their business goal is to provide second mile service to every client.

In addition to their business of Real Estate, Tim & Gayle are active in the community. They are both officers in the Department of Arizona Disabled American Veterans and actively provide both time & financial support to this most

worthy organization. Tim also works with young shooters in the Scholastic Clay Target Program.

They enjoy mentoring new agents in the business, and spent time enjoying Arizona’s premier outdoor activities, including motorcycles and camping.
